Account Deletion Request

At Primed E-Health, we respect your privacy and provide you with the option to permanently delete your account and associated data. Please follow the steps below to request the deletion of your account:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

To initiate the account deletion process, please send an email to support@primedehealth.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request". Include the following information in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name
  • A brief statement requesting the deletion of your account

Step 2: Verification

Our support team may contact you to verify your identity and confirm your request. This step is to ensure that only authorized users can delete the account.

Step 3: Data Deletion Process

Once your identity is verified, we will delete the following data:

  • Personal information (e.g., name, email, contact details)
  • Medical records and health data
  • Any saved preferences and settings

Please note that some anonymized data may be retained for legal and regulatory purposes for a period of up to 6 months.

Step 4: Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.
